This type visa is also known as the non-immigrant “B” visa that serves two different purposes. First, is for those who want to visit the Kingdom of Thailand to conduct business-related activities such as attending business seminars and conferences. Secondly, it attends to foreign employees who want to work in Thailand. Thai business visa can be processed in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Samui, and Chiang Mai.

Single and Multiple-Entry Visas
A. Single Entry Visa – Holders are entitled to stay in Thailand for 90 days or 3 months and can only use the visa once, as it is a single entry to Thailand. However, they can file for an extension or yet another visa if they still need more time to stay in Thailand.

B. Multiple Entry Visa – This visa is fitted to those who are frequently travelling to Thailand. Since it is valid for a year, they are no longer needed to apply for another visa. However, it requires them to leave the country for every 90 days.
