About K.R.S. Gym - Thailand Muay Thai Camp

K.R.S. Gym is a traditional Muay Thai Camp in the heartland of genuine Muay Thai in the north east region of Thailand known as Issan. K.R.S. Gym has been established since 1992, and has a rich history with gym manager and owner Mr.Sattawat Khaisang and his team having a lifetime of experience. The camp has seen a number of successes come out of its facilities. K.R.S Gym currently has a young stable of fighters which compete in bouts both at Ubon Ratchathani Stadium as well as the famous Lumpini Stadium in Bangkok.

Pol.Leut.Col. Montri Kaew-on is the gyms promoter and is responsible forfighter management and welfare. Prof.Dr.Prasit Pengsaa is responsible for medical consultation and Thai and foreigner relations.

K.R.S. Gym has produced multiple World Professional Muay Thai Federation (WPMTF) world champions.  K.R.S Gym was the scene for production of the Flight or Fight documentary which won "Best Foreign Documentary" at the Long Island Film Festival in New York.

The K.R.S. Gym trains both Thais and foreigners, with the aim of producing a qualified classical Thai boxing style and to maintain cultural art and ethics of original Muay Thai fighters. The camp encourages and supports local children, specifically orphans, to join the camp.
